Admission Procedure

It is hereby strongly advised to be very careful while filling up the application form to ensure seamless BCREC-APC admission. The information provided will be speaking of your merit, serving as evidence of credibility, based on which the selection will proceed.   

The application forms are accessed thoroughly before shortlisting for the final round, and any mistake on your part will be affecting your selection and we shall not be held responsible for it. 

Follow the BCREC-APC admission steps to ensure a seamless final selection – 

Step 1

Fill up the application form with all necessary details and your CET rank/allotment 

Step 2

Submit the complete application form after sharing all the details and checking the same carefully (remember, any mistake will affect the selection)

Step 3

Along with the application form, students are required to submit the following enclosures – 

• 3 stamp-sized and 7 passport-sized colour photographs with the candidate's name mentioned at the back of each photograph
• 2 self-attested copies testimonials regarding Date of Birth and Educational Achievements
• 2 self-attested copies of Aadhaar Card/ Voter Card / Passport 
• Evidence of professional experience
• 2 self-attested copies of Common Entrance Test (CET) Scorecard (Good rank holders in Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by MAKAUT are welcome)

Step 4

Once we receive the application form, our BCREC-APC admission office will feed the data into the system. Based on the data provided by the candidate and through the counselling process we shall decide the candidate's admission. 

Step 5

If selected, students are recommended to get themselves admitted within the stipulated time, which shall be mentioned in the offer letter, by adhering to the essential formalities. 

The requisite BCREC-APC admission amount (with or without hostel) should be paid by Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of  “Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College Academy of Professional Courses”, drawn from any scheduled Bank payable at Durgapur, or by card swiping. 

Each and every student and their parents have to submit the Anti-Ragging declaration affidavit on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- - attested by the Oath Commissioner or on an e-declaration at https://antiragging.in/ mandatorily at the time of final admission. Students have to submit the affidavits in original as well as photocopy during final BCREC-APC admission. 

In case the candidate fails to complete the formalities, the BCREC-APC courses admission application will stand cancelled.
