Refund Policy

In terms of the Tuition Fee, the BCREC-APC refund policy is applicable following the UGC/DTE, West Bengal directives, for programmes offered by MAKAUT. The rules will also be notified in the Prospectus. 

• If any student chooses to withdraw from the enrolled discipline, the rules quoted on the prospectus will be applicable with immediate effect. 
• Admission fees or the application fees, wherever applicable, along with other miscellaneous fees, will not be refunded under any condition if once remitted. 

Cancellation Policy

• We do not support cancellation for the end-users once the payment is made. 
• However, students of the parents can get in touch with the Accounts Departments to request a refund in case of duplicate payments.

To process the refund, kindly submit the proof of the transaction reference or your bank statement.
