Admission Process

Dr. B. C. Roy Academy of Professional Courses is known for shaping the dreams of the candidates and preparing them for the corporate world. We train our students in coherence with industry requirements and enhance their ability to handle complex problems and find effective solutions to the same. We aim to secure the career trajectory of our students and look forward to seeing them shine in their career. 

To be a part of Dr. B. C. Roy Academy of Professional Courses, aspirants are required to fulfil easy eligibility criteria. 

Candidates should  

• Be a citizen of India
• Have passed the Higher Secondary Examination or any other equivalent examination in general or any other vocational stream under West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent recognised Examination Board / University
• Should have English as one of the subjects in 10 + 2 level along with the subjects as per course requirement and should secure minimum pass marks in the same. To know in details, refer to the eligibility criteria section of this website. 

Mere fulfilment of eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission. Final securing of a seat shall be possible only after meeting the other university and institutional norms.

Candidates can choose to apply using the offline or BCREC-APC online admission method. The process has been elaborated below to ease the admission. 

ONLINE

Click on the BCRAPC online admission link and sign-up by sharing the required information. After the account is created kindly login and then share all the required academic and personal details in the respective sections. The applicant can scan and upload the required documents online.

OFFLINE

To initiate BCRAPC admission process offline collect the admission kit from the college office within the working hours. Be careful while filling up the application form as any mistake can reduce the chances of selection. 

Along with the application form, students are also required to submit certain enclosures, such as:

• 7 passport-sized and 3 stamp-sized colour photographs (kindly mention the candidate's name at the back of each photograph)
• Testimonials regarding date of birth and educational achievements (2 copies self-attested)
• Evidence of professional achievements
• Copies of Voter Card/Aadhaar Card / Passport (2 copies self-attested)
• Common Entrance Test (CET) scoreboard (2 copies self-attested

Along with the enclosures submit the application form at our office. The candidate can also send the same at our corporate office at –
